General requirements for criminal record expungement in Oklahoma.

Generally Eligible

Non-conviction records (no charges filed, dismissals, acquittals)
Certain misdemeanors after waiting period
Non-violent felonies after waiting period
Deferred sentences successfully completed

  • Sex offenses requiring registration
  • Offenses against children
  • Murder, manslaughter
  • Robbery or burglary with dangerous weapon
  • Assault with dangerous weapon
  • Terrorism-related offenses
  • Human trafficking

Additional Restrictions

  • Domestic violence crimes
  • Stalking
  • Violation of protective orders
  • DUI/APC causing great bodily injury or death
  • Drug trafficking (not simple possession)

Waiting Periods
