Acquittals (after 60 days)
Dismissed cases (after 60 days)
Infractions (after 3 years)
Class C misdemeanors (after 4 years)
Class B misdemeanors (after 5 years)
Class A misdemeanors (after 6 years)
Third degree felonies (after 6 years)
Drug possession for personal use (after 7 years)

  • Violent felonies
  • Sex offenses requiring registration
  • DUI with bodily injury
  • Automobile homicide
  • Child abuse offenses
  • Most second degree felonies

  • Any offense requiring child abuse registry listing
